Full Time Temporary Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a seasonal full-time warehouse associate for functions such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 20 lbs. on an occasional to frequent basis.
  • Must be able to be on your feet all day, standing and/or walking.
  • Must have strong team skills and communication skill.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Customer Service Administrator

(Temp Full-time with an opportunity for Permanent Full-time)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator for our Harvard/MIT Coop e-commerce site. This position is a full-time temporary position through January with an opportunity to become a permanent Full-time employee.
In this role, you’ll get to solve intellectual, technical, and customer experience challenges with enormous opportunities for business impact. We are willing to train and will customize the responsibilities assigned to this position based on the successful candidate's background/experience.     Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming phone calls/emails from customers and providing requested information and resolution to questions/issues. Own all primary customer communication and resolve escalations with autonomy.
  • Work directly with vendors to place and maintain customer special orders, provide reporting and/or tracking as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining all site data integrity including merchandise info (inventory availability, pricing, product descriptions, imagery, etc.), reference material and operational information.
  • Process customer returns/exchanges, resolve shipping and/or order issues.
  • Analyze customer response to experiences and resulting performance and utilize internal sales data to identify opportunities for sales growth and better customer experience.
  • Collaborate productively with cross functional partners (Marketing, Operations, etc.) to drive action and realize goals. Assist Merchandise Manager in creating new and/or improved SOPs.
  • Assist with bulk departmental orders and special programs.
  • Perform certain ad-hoc functions and reporting to internal customers such as the Merchandise Manager and Corporate Controller.
    Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 2-3 years of e-commerce, retail merchandising, or other relevant experience.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, able to multi task and prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills - dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Comfortable with learning to work with internal databases.
  • Sense of humor/great attitude.
Job Types: Temp Full-time with opportunity for Permanent Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
