Additional Information
WARRANTY

We recommend for all College Watch owners to register their watches online at collegewatch.com/register. When you register your watch, you are automatically activating your limited warranty to protect against defects and failures, should they occur.

Your College Watch is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the movement and a two (2) year Limited Warranty (from date of purchase). The Limited Warranty covers repairs due to failure or breakdown of the movement and all its components, as well as the crown, dial, markers, hands and water-resistant pressure.

REPAIRS

Your College Watch should only be repaired by qualified professionals or at the College Watch service center. Customers should bring their watch to the store it was purchased and have it sent directly to the College Watch Co. Service Center:

College Watch Co. Service Center - Address : 6800 Broken Sound Parkway NW, Suite 200, Boca Raton, FL 33487

In accordance with the College Watch Limited Warranty, we will not accept College Watch watches for repair under warranty if it has been previously serviced by an entity other than an authorized College Watch retailer or the College Watch service center. We encourage you to have your watch serviced only by authorized College Watch service centers so as to keep your limited warranty valid. A watch that is no longer under warranty may be serviced by any capable technician, however we maintain the recommendation that you have your watch serviced by an authorized College Watch service center, as we are not responsible for work done by outside service providers and we may be unable to repair potential damage caused by such providers.

SERVICE

To ensure the water resistance of your watch, we recommend inspection and maintenance of the case seals and gaskets every two to three years. This maintenance will help seal and protect the watch movement against air, dust and moisture, which over time can penetrate the watch case seal and prevent the watch movement from functioning properly.

CARE

When exposed to magnetic fields, your College Watch may begin reading inaccurate time. We recommend that you avoid setting your watch on or near refrigerators, computers or other devices with strong magnetic fields. Should your watch begin experiencing inaccurate time measures, remove it from the magnetic field and reset the watch to the accurate time.

Clean your watch regularly by wiping with a soft cloth dampened with fresh water, especially after exposure to salt water. Learn more about College Watch care and maintenance.

Although no watch is waterproof, most College Watch watches are water resistant up to 10 atmospheres (equivalent to 100 meters or 328 feet). That said, you can feel comfortable swimming in shallow depths and/or showering while wearing your College Watch Co. watch. Do not push any buttons or unscrew the crown when your College Watch is in contact or submerged in water, as this may unintentionally create an opening for water to enter your watch.

If your College Watch case, crystal or crown are not intact, dust may enter the watch and bring its gears to a stop. If any part of your College Watch is loose, chipped or cracked, please have it serviced immediately to prevent further damage.

Pulling out the crown does not extend the life of your College Watch's battery; it simply disengages the watch's hands from movement. By leaving the crown pulled out for a long period of time, you're exposing your College Watch to dust and moisture, which may cause the watch to malfunction. We do not recommend for you to leave the crown pulled out for any extended period of time.
